Now that some of you are growing your own echinacea plants, time to consume them and enjoy the medicinal benefits. The above video takes you through what one needs to do to make a tincture or tea. Basically, harvesting the leaves (clipping, cleaning, drying and braking into small consumable bits). Once your petals and leaves are prepared for a tea, all you need is a tea ball and you can enjoy your own home grown echinacea.
