We stir fried onions, green peppers and lamb up and garnished with Parsley from our garden. The parsley was a nice finish to the meal. We served more vegetables than meat, which is recommended for a heather diet. The Parsley had a rich, fresh and nice flavor. It was the star of the show! We are hoping now that we have begun harvesting our Parsley plant that it will yield more leaves and produce a bigger harvest. It is recommended that one only harvests a third of the plant so the other leaves can photosynthesize for the plant and grow more leaves. We are salivating and hope that more leaves grow soon.
